Object of the services<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Studio offers consultations and treatments within the framework of Traditional European Natural Medicine (MTE), aimed at promoting health, preventing disease, and supporting the body\u2019s physiological self-regulatory capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consultations represent a complementary approach and do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or medical monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If symptoms arise that require further diagnostic tests or urgent treatment, the patient will be asked to contact their own physician or the appropriate emergency services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Type of consultations<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consultations can be carried out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>at the Naturopathy Studio of Ticino;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>online, when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initial consultation includes a thorough medical history, the collection of health history, naturopathic evaluation, and the development of a personalized treatment plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subsequent consultations are aimed at monitoring the clinical evolution and possibly adjusting the therapeutic course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The duration of the consultations is agreed upon based on individual needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Booking of appointments<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appointments can be booked:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by phone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by email;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>through the booking tools possibly made available by the Studio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The appointment is considered confirmed after confirmation by the Professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation of appointments<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations or requests for changes must be communicated at least 24 working hours in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations communicated within that deadline do not involve any charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the Studio reserves the right to invoice up to 100% of the booked service, subject to proven cases of force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Delays<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any delays in the patient\u2019s treatment may result in a reduction in the actual duration of the consultation without changing the scheduled fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For online consultations, the patient is required to verify in advance that the Internet connection and the device used are functioning properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If technical problems attributable to the patient prevent the counseling from taking place, the Studio may apply the provisions of the article regarding late cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the technical problem is attributable to the Professional, an alternative solution will be agreed upon without additional costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Fees and payment methods<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The services are invoiced according to the Tariff 590.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current tariff schedule is available at the Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is due in accordance with the agreed terms or within the deadline indicated on the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are accepted, subject to availability of the Studio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cash;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electronic payments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bank transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For online consultations, payment may be requested in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Insurance reimbursement<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Studio is recognized by RME and ASCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The possible reimbursement of the services depends solely on the conditions provided by your supplementary insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the responsibility of the patient to check in advance their insurance coverage with their own health insurance provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Nature of the performance<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consultations fall within the scope of European Traditional Natural Medicine (MTE) and complementary medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consultations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>they do not constitute a medical diagnosis;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they do not include pharmacological prescriptions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They do not replace medical examinations or treatments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The patient undertakes to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>communicate medical diagnoses, medications, supplements, and allergies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inform the Professional about pregnancy or other relevant conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not independently discontinue or modify prescribed medical therapies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Therapeutic collaboration<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful outcome of the therapeutic process requires active collaboration between the professional and the patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The patient undertakes to provide complete and truthful information and to communicate promptly any significant changes in their health status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Limitation of liability<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Professional exercises their activity with diligence and according to the professional skills acquired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No promise of healing or specific results is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the limits permitted by Swiss law, the Professional is not liable for the consequences arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>failure to comply with therapeutic recommendations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>autonomous suspension of medical therapies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to consult the doctor when recommended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Exceptional circumstances<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of sudden illness, injury or other events of force majeure duly documented, the Studio may derogate from these conditions by assessing the individual case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Protection of personal data<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of personal and health data takes place in accordance with the new Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information is processed solely for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>clinics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>administrative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accountants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tax authorities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provided for by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available at the Studio and on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Electronic communications<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the patient\u2019s consent, the Clinic may use telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail for organizational or therapeutic communication purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The patient acknowledges that such tools may not guarantee complete encryption during all stages of transmission and that a residual risk remains for the confidentiality of the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Amendments to the General Conditions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Studio reserves the right to modify or update these General Terms of Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current version is the one available at the Studio and, where present, on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16.
